We want everyone joining Lisbon Partners to see acceleration in their personal development. We seek two essential attributes: our people have to be very bright - the client situations we find ourselves in are highly demanding so we need to be able to come up to pace very fast and our people have to be highly personable - it is never enough to create dry solutions to business problems; a key part of the solution always is the buy-in and commitment of the client team of which we will always be a part.

We look for our consultants to have had a major contribution to business and economic change in their previous roles. Academically excellent, our consultants will all have had considerable exposure to the full project life-cycle, from shaping and planning through to the delivery of business change, and extensive knowledge of corporate finance while working with a range of blue chip clients.
